Warranty
- All purchased car parts are subject to a 14-day policy warranty (from the day of purchase), provided that the car part is returned in the same componentry.
- The warranty doesn’t cover the customer’s postage/shipping costs or installation of car parts.
- If a sold car part is determined as defective, Romuexpert exchanges it for another one. If a car part cannot be replaced with an identical one, then our company returns the money paid by a customer for that car part.
- All car parts sold by us have our warranty mark or signature. In the absence of our warranty mark or signature, the warranty does not apply to such a car part.
- The warranty does not apply to electronic units that were sold in exact compliance with the customer’s order.
